This place was phenomenal. First off hats off to the the one manager who serves the whole restaurant. Not only is he super nice and helpful but will take the time to detail the menu if you're not a local.

I ordered a 4-course meal and every dish exceeded expectations. The escargot was amazing. No clue what herbs and spices they use but it was perfect.

Then the rack of lamb. Probably the best lamb I've had ever.

Overall based on the relatively modest number of reviews this small restaurant has I personally think it's HIGHLY underrated! Should be highlighted as one of the top places around and you should go when you visit Paris!!

Only caveat is that the restaurant is cash-only. There is an ATM around the corner though.

Pretty great restaurant located in Montmarte.  It wasn't a long walk from Sacre Cour (sic?).  It wasn't too busy around 2 pm so I appreciated this. There were plenty of tables available.  The service was a bit slow but I suppose that is the Parisian way.  However, when traveling with small kids, I prefer more efficiency.

I got the beef bourginon (sic) and my husband got the duck.  I enjoyed my dish but I thought it had too much of a wine taste.  I don't know if this is typical for this dish but it didn't suit my palate.  The duck tasted a little gamey but I liked the honey sauce that it came with.  I enjoyed this unique flavor.  All in all, pretty authentic French cuisine and cute restaurant.

I think the reviews on yelp are a bit hyped. This place is fairly pricy, food average. Service was nice but slow.

    1. Frog legs (3.5/5): a little bland, a little dry.
    2. Escargot (3.5/5): quality of ingredient was good, taste was plain
    3. Duck breast (3.5/5): average tenderness, sauce is sweet and sour with a hint of pepper. Comes w potatoes and string beans

    House white wine was decent

Very good service and lovely street seating. The escargot was delicious.. so easy to come out, tender and sweet. The sauce was also very good, especially dipped in bread.

The goat cheese tart was served with a small salad. This was a bit heavy, but the outer layer was deliciously crispy which was a nice contrast to the gooey inside.

The salmon was very good, served with vegetables and rice, topped with a very flavorful yellow cream sauce.

Located in Montmartre, this spot was one of two Yelp finds.  We weren't able to find the first one so we ended up here on a Thursday evening. We arrived around 8:30 and were pleasantly surprised to have a table outside without a reservation.  That said inside seating is limited.

We had some in our party who never tried Escargot so we ordered some as a starter.  Nicely seasoned and very tasty.  Our server demonstrated how to extract the snails from the shell which was helpful & a nice touch & saved the shells from flying everywhere.

We ordered the house wine carafe which was just right for 3 of us.
For main, it was the Rack of Lamb & Beef Bourguignon as they are house specialties & were recommended.  Also, ordered the Steak Tartare.  Although hearty and would've been much better when the temperature is lower, the Beef Bourguignon dish was the best.  Perfectly cooked beef in the rich stew was excellent.  Next best was the Lamb which was seasoned and very good.  We wouldn't order the Steak Tartare again-was bland from a flavor standpoint.  I've  had better.

Our server was attentive and took care of us.  Should have ordered the Foie Gras-next time!
